- What’s included in your photobooth packages? All of our packages have a two hour minimum and include delivery, setup, and breakdown, unlimited photo sessions during your rental time, and a custom-designed photo template. We also provide digital copies of all images after your event.
- How much space do you need for setup? We typically require a 10’ x 10’ space to comfortably set up the booth, backdrop, and prop table. Access to a standard power outlet within 15–20 feet is also needed.
- How far in advance should we book? We recommend booking at least 2–3 months in advance, especially during peak wedding and holiday seasons. Popular dates fill quickly, so the earlier you reserve, the better!
- Can we customize the photo template? We have hundreds of design templates to match your event theme, colors, and style. Whether it’s a wedding, corporate gala, holiday party, or other event we’ll make it uniquely yours.
- Do you offer digital sharing options? Yes! Guests can instantly share their photos via text or QR code (venue Wi-Fi or cellular signal permitting). Air Drop works regardless of Wi-Fi for iPhones with our IOS bases applications such as 360 booth, Selfie Ring and Social booth. We also provide an online gallery after the event.
- How long is a typical rental? Most events book us for 2–4 hours, which is perfect for weddings and larger parties. However, we offer flexible rental times to fit your specific event.
- Is an attendant included? Print booth, Selfie Ring and 360 booths include a friendly and professional booth attendant. They ensure everything runs smoothly, help guests with prompts, and keep the fun going. The Social booth is a self-serve booth and does not have an attendant.
- What types of events do you serve? We provide photobooth services for weddings, corporate events, golf tournaments, birthday parties, school grads, galas, holiday parties, grand openings, and more.
- How do we reserve our date? To secure your date, we require a signed agreement and a retainer fee. We have an easy and convenient online booking system to complete the process. The remaining balance is typically due 1 month before your event. Contact us to check availability and receive a personalized quote.
