I had my wedding reception here and it was amazing! The owner Jade was such a wonderful person to communicate and plan with. She answered all my questions so quickly and had all the tables and chairs set up for us based on our floor plan. Which was a huge help on the day of! The bar staff was amazing and attentive, I had guests coming up to me throughout the event saying how stunning the venue space was. All in all, such an awesome experience! If I ever need an event space in the future, this will definitely be my go to venue!
The Grand Hall was the perfect space for my parents' 50th anniversary party. The venue is exquisite, communication is fantastic, and the bartending staff are incredible. For such a beautiful, conveniently located space, the pricing was quite reasonable, especially considering what was included. And you hardly need any additional décor because the space stands on its own! Jade was so helpful in recommending fantastic caterers and going over every detail of the event and venue with us. We made memories for a lifetime at the Grant Hall, and I highly recommend using it for your event!

- How Many People Can The Space Hold? Legally, the space can hold up to 110 people all-in (inclusive of staff, etc.), but this is based on events that require minimal set-up (standing only, or theatre-style seating). We recommend maximum guest count based on what’s needed for your event, and the requested seating style. Typically, this is around 65 people at round tables, 70 at long tables, and 80+ at cocktail tables.
- What Are Your Rates? Our rates vary based on the day of the week and time that you are looking to book, and the nature of the gathering (it might be frustrating, but weddings do require a lot more work than a lunch meeting). View our packages online for more information based on your event.
- What’s Included? All rental rates include: Access to the venue for the duration of time booked, Tables, black table cloths, and chairs provided based on venue inventory, Water glasses and pitchers (stationed or on tables), Full use of audio visual equipment (house sound system, microphone, projectors and screens), Set-up and tear down/clean-up of all provided items (above)
- Can I Bring My Own Food & Drink? The venue is responsible for all alcohol services and sales under their liquor primary license, but you are welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. We are also happy to recommend local vendors!
- Where Do People Park? Parking in the immediate area is limited to 2hrs, but we have a parking map of the area that you can share with guests that shows where over 150 other nearby parking spots are located.
- How Do I Book? Submit an inquiry online to schedule a viewing so you can see the space and chat through questions and event details. We draft a proposal based on the conversation and, if everything looks good, your date is secured with a 50% deposit and signed rental agreement.
- Is There A Bridal Suite Or Any Breakout Rooms? The ballroom is the only room currently available onsite. Rooms to get ready in are often booked across the lane at Hotel Morado, or other accommodations are made.
- Where Is The Grand Hall Located? The Grand Hall is located in the heart of District 1881 in downtown Chilliwack, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and nearby boutique accommodations.
