Shyla and her team from Valley Weddings was incredible. We were a more intimate small wedding of 40 ppl, but worked with Valley weddings to bring in majority of dinner settings and some of their candles. They were always quick to respond, easy to make changes with and add additional items if needed. I planned my wedding without a wedding planner and honestly I highly recommend Valley weddings for every event if you are looking for professional, kind, beautiful array of decor and prompt service.
Shyla was absolutely amazing to work with for the decor on our wedding day. Everything was perfect and made our day so much more stress free not having to worry about setting things up and taking things down at the end of the night. The pieces they put together were stunning and everything we could have imagined. I would recommend Valley Weddings to anyone.

- What décor styles do you specialize in? Rather than limiting ourselves to one specific style, we custom tailor every design to each couple’s unique vision. Our work spans a wide range of aesthetics including romantic, modern, boho, rustic, luxury, minimalist, and beyond.
- Can you customize pieces to match our vision or colour palette? Absolutely! With over 5,000 square feet of curated inventory, we’re able to customize your décor to perfectly reflect your colour palette, style, and overall vision.
- What does the décor planning process look like? Once we connect via email, you’ll begin by creating an inspiration board, which helps us fully understand your aesthetic and vibe. From there, we’ll schedule an in-person consultation at our storefront location, lasting approximately one hour or more. During this meeting, we’ll walk through your design in detail and create a cohesive plan. Following the consultation, you’ll receive a detailed PDF including notes, photos, and an itemized cost breakdown. A 50% deposit is required to secure your items, with the remaining balance due two weeks prior to your event. We also offer unlimited communication throughout the entire planning process to ensure everything feels seamless and stress-free.
- Do you offer mock-up designs before our wedding? Yes! During your consultation, you’ll receive a full table mock-up, allowing you to visualize your design before the big day.
- Is there a way to view your inventory before our consultation? Yes—our entire inventory, including pricing and quantities, is available on our website under the Rentals section. You can also create and submit wishlists directly from there.
- Do you offer full design services or rentals only? We offer flexible options to suit every couple’s needs, including rentals-only, delivery-only (over a certain price point), and full-service design and styling.
